Product Information
MSA's tri-gas sample draw system consists of up to three sensors with Ultima® X3™® Technology digital communications, with onboard LEDs and relays to provide local alarms.

System Contents:
  • One MSA Ultima X Series Gas Monitor with X3 Technology
  • Interchangeable Smart Sensors
  • DC-powered sample-draw pump for pulling sample from up to 100 feet
  • Common warning and alarm piezo buzzer
  • Hydrophobic end-of-line filter, to ensure that water ingress does not affect product performance
  • Flame arrestors (for models ordered with a combustible gas sensor)


Applications
Wastewater Treatment Plants and Wet Wells (Pumping Stations) Areas of wastewater treatment plants that are subject to flooding such as wet wells are ideal for MSA's three-gas sample draw custom system. The system is ideal for monitoring oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, and combustible gases (methane or petroleum vapors). In addition, the system is specifically designed for optimum performance in high-moisture environment

Transportable Confined Space Monitor
MSA's three-gas sample draw system can also be used in industrial applications where workers will enter and work in confined spaces for extended time periods.

With additional mounting feet and handle, the unit can be placed near the the confined space entrance, alerting workers to the confined space's atmospheric conditions.
